our return policy

enokiworld gladly accepts returns for any items you are not happy with. As soon as you get your package, just write to us and let us know that it's coming back. The item must be returned to us, undamaged and with hangtags still attached, within ten days of the shipping date. Returns received between 10 and 30 days after original ship date will be subject to a restock fee of 50% (we really encourage you send it back right away). All you have to do is make sure you wrap it securely, prepay and insure that baby, then send it back. Shipping and handling (both ways) on return merchandise is non-refundable.. Piece of cake.
