1960s Wilroy Traveler Printed Nylon Dress

hand wash a lot Part of Emilio Pucci's popularity was the ease in which a woman could tote his dresses around the world; crumple, stuff and go. But the one thing Pucci couldn't swing was ease of washing, so often resulting in stains that would magically appear long after you splashed a little champagne on the sleeve of his silk jersey shifts. If only you could have filled a hotel sink with soapy water and soaked them all... sigh. It didn't take 25 years of sitting in a closet and fermenting for the folks at Wilroy to perfect the idea of a Pucci dress and make it washable. A vividly printed nylon crepe dress in black, lime and tangerine with a matching shoestring belt with a standing band collar and back zip that clings but doesn't leave you looking like the Michelin man. Bust measures 36", shoulder to shoulder 15", outer sleeve 23", hips 38" and length 40.5". Excellent condition. sold
