Timmy Woods is a former ballet dancer who turned her creative efforts toward making accessories. Okay, granted, most of her bags are like poor man's Judith Leiber minaudieres but the leather bags are often really special. When making this giant clutch, she recognized the potential for item loss in such a cavernous environment and solved the problem with an interior light. That's right, when you snap the hinged frame open, a tiny light comes on inside the bag, powered by a 9-volt battery. No, it's not enough light to help you apply a fresh coat of lip gloss unless you like looking like Ronald McDonald but we all crowded in the pitch black supply closet and sure enough, it's enough light to help you find an errant wand of Nars Calcutta lip gloss. Burgundy leather is gently pleated and padded all along the top of the frame, it has three interior patch pockets and measures 17" wide by 9.5" high. Excellent condition. sold |
