Think of how beautiful the world would be if women would be forced by law to not wear nude pantyhose with polyester pants. If men with stained wifebeather shirts would spend a night in the hoosegow to teach them a lesson and if girls would be hosed down for wearing black lipliner with pale lipstick. But alas, we're all on our own in the name of democracy and freedom - yawn. But that's not a bad thing because we can wear what we want to wear and fortunately we all know what we're doing for the most part. A black silk cloche with soutache crown in black with insets of cream tulle stitched with pale pink and green flowers. Channel stitched around the brim, there is a grosgrain band that ends in a flat bow at the nape of the neck. We love this with a Narciso Rodriguez bias cut satin dress and Chanel mary janes.
