We're fond of queer things - things that people laugh about when they browse vintage stores; tortoiseshell eyeglass neckchains, embroidered gym onesies from the 40s, Tammis Keefe hankies... But put together correctly, all of those oddball things that don't make sense on their own are really very old-school fashion editor. A knit suit to be worn with a short-sleeved brown Pringle cashmere sweater and brown alligator slingbacks, this has the type of Connecticut appeal that is always polished, even while totally relaxed. Deep taupe and cream with flecks of olive, both the skirt and cardigan jacket are very close the body. Buttons along the placket with faux bone buttons, this has a Saks house label. Bust measures 38", shoulder to shoulder 16", outer sleeve 26" and length 26.5". Skirt has a 26" to 30" waist, 40" hips and 29.5" length. Both are in excellent condition. sold
