A dress that appears delicate but is everything but. Jo Copeland's version of the little black dress with pale aqua chiffon at the neckline and long beaded mother-of-pearl fringe at the armhole. Double layered color so the depth of blue is much deeper and long swingy strands that are capped with a tiny faux pearl on each end. Very subtle but really nice the way the fringe shakes across your bare shoulders, we would wear very pale blue silk heels and no jewelry save for baroque pearl Miriam Haskell earrings. Designed for Patullo, the black crepe has a decorative V seam that starts at the chiffon and comes to a point above the knees. Partial side zip and one covered chiffon button at the slash neckline, the bust measures 36", hips 38" and length 39.5". Excellent condition with the exception of several small rust spots where the chiffon meets the beaded fringe on the back right shoulder. $345.00 |
