1940s Paradise Bootery Satin Platforms

an old school new york gem

editor tested - customer approved

Paradise Bootery was a hip little secret even in its day, wedged in the middle of seedy Times Square before Giuliani came and turned it into an antiseptic hot spot for overweight Midwestern tourists. They carried everything, did custom shoes and catered to strippers, posh types and everything in between. Gorgeous black silk satin platforms with metallic thread that sparkles midnight blue and silver as the light hits them. Ankle straps and black buckles, the toe is open enough to show off a Luscious "Zuma" lacquered toenail. 1.5" platform with a 4" heel, they are size 7.5M and in excellent condition. sold
