While we do believe that there is a cut-off age for wearing leather, it might really be more about how you wear it and not when. To get right to the point - a woman in her 60s doesn't really look right in black leather but that's because a lot of older women have hair that has long since stopped moving when the wind blows. It's probably about the combination of sculpted hairdo and leather rather than age and leather but what the hell do we know? The lengthy rule is; if your hair still moves freely, which is clearly a hallmark of 'youth', then wear leather but if you use setting lotion and spray both, don't go there. These North Beach Leather black lambskin jeans are softer than silk charmeuse and proof positive that all leather pants are not created equal. Flat front and hitting at the hip bone, they are cut and styled like traditional 5-pocket jeans with zip fly and button closure. We like leather pants dressed down - with a skintight muscle tee and cowboy boots but these feel so freaking soft, you may want to wear them with everything and anything. Hidden ankle zips at both ankles ensure you don't stretch these out at the bottom. Lined in black satin acetate, they have a 28" waist and 28" inseam. Flawless condition. $195.00 |
