Some people prefer the top, crusty edge of a loaf of sweet bread but if made correctly, it's the sticky sides and bottom that is where the treasure lies. You've got to have the right pan though. Aluminum is too thin and dries out a succulent banana bread way more than Pyrex or Fire-King would. And they look so icky wrapped around your treat.
