1960s Gucci Croc Embosssed Green Loafers

emerald leather Carrie Bradshaw did more damage to the already iffy state of women's confidence when it came to thinking we're all so totally fashionable. If you read fashion magazines, you get sucked into thinking you must be trendy or you're hopelessly pathetic and might as well live in a mud hut with nothing but dirt for a dress. The way she pranced around Manhattan in stiletto heels was a little unrealistic. Of course they never showed Mr. Big or Aidan rubbing her bloody little calloused feet (note she had those Blahniks on bare feet all the time). Pointy toe flats are now considered passe´ and Y-3 Adidas are for women who don't mind spending that much on sneakers if they want to be comfortable ('cause plain old Foot Locker anything would never do, nooo). There is no money to be made in classic clothing but guess what? Classic is the only thing on which it's worth spending big bucks. Loafers with just a little heel? Sound boring. Not when they're emerald green, crococdile embossed and vintage Gucci. 1.5" stacked wood heel that slants in just a bit and signature gilded bit hardware, they are lined in emerald calf for size 38.5B but they are a little on the wide side so they would also work for a narrow 9.
