There are dress girls and there are pant girls - girls who like shoes that are nothing but strappy and revealing and then girls who have a boot fetish that could put Jimmy Choo to shame. But the problem with boots and pants can be hiding all that shaft (getting a little risque now) under pant legs so when a little short boot comes along that looks like this - the pant girls start to breathe all heavy and get pushy. A fantastic compromise, they are short enough to show off every single detail and curve but substantial enough to make a boot person feel right at home. Maud Frizon's olivey brown suede with a high high vamp and a curved 2.75" Louis heel. The achilles tendon balances the vamp and while we all know about the pant thang, these would look perfect with a Geoffrey Beene skirt and a button down men's shirt, tucked in and belted.
