1970s David Evins Perforated Suede "Mary Janes"

right up there with jourdan for 60s and 70s shoes For a good part of the 60s, David Evins was a couturier of shoes - making jewelled boots and Moroccan slippers to order through high-end department stores like Saks. he went into pret-a-porter and designed some of the most understated shoes you will find. To wear with a black tiered silk Holly's Harp dress, these black suede perforated mary janes have an elongated toe and slender heel - with a trio of cut-out teardrops on the outside of each ankle to match the five on the vamp. Very pretty, utterly classic. 3.5" heel for size 7.5AA, they are in excellent condition. $110.00
