While Bottega Veneta has always claimed it eschews logos, it has a few things going for it that always scream Bottega. Their woven leather, their skinny rolled straps and their butterfly prints. So while you certainly aren't one of those girls who is desperate to wear the LV or the GG or even the big H, anyone who is versed in Bottega will know exactly what you're sporting on your shoulder. Bottega's vintage shoulder bags are not only made of the softest suede and leather but their construction is just right too. The shoulder bags hang perfectly, full or almost empty (many modern bags need to be fully stuffed to look good) and they stop right at the crease of your butt. Hard to explain but it always gives that very vintage Halston or YSL leggy look. Mocha suede with a cocoa butterfly print allover, the bag is piped in mushroom leather with gilded hardware. Lined in brown satin with a single zippered pocket, it measures 16.5" wide by 15.5" high with a single 16" strap. Fastens with a hidden pronged clasp. Excellent condition. $910.00 |
