1960s Bill Blass Belted Paisley Trench with Scarf

always in bloom, you and bill

enoki seal of approval

The coat to kill for when you're sick of grey skies and the weather bimbo keeps telling you there's more rain on the way. Bill Blass for Bond Street in clear shades of aqua blue, lime, cherry and lemon paisley cotton trench is positively perky and we would bet the whole enokiworld farm that no other babe in town is going to be strolling in anything this perky. Hidden buttons hold the placket closed while a wide belt encircles your waist and ends in a big black sliding buckle. The matching scarf can go around your head and tied under your chin, a la Audrey Hepburn, or around your neck and tied off to the side. Sun or no sun, shades are de rigeur and it wouldn't hurt to flip up that nice wide collar. Lined in white rayon crepe, we love this with pink Miu Miu rain boots and a white Marni skirt with leaf applique. Bust measures 36", shoulder to shoulder 16", outer sleeve 22" and total length 49". Excellent condition. sold
